Shipping Policy
At Telescope Wolves, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no
matter where you are.
Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided with the order status and shipping
information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) after your
an order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States (USA).
Shipment processing time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2
business days (Monday – Friday). The transit time is approximately 5-8 business days,
but can be longer depending on the carrier. The order cut-off time is 5pm EST (Eastern
Standard Time).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by the order cut-off time on the same
day. Orders placed after 5pm EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be
processed the following business day.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale
periods and during holiday periods.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your
order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-2
business days (not including holidays). Products that have customizations will take
longer to ship out.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your
inbox. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email contact@krframe.shop
with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and someone from our team
will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper
customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after
we receive the customizations.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL,
and USPS. For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.
How long will my order take to ship?
After an order is shipped, it will typically take 4-8 business days to receive your order. A
tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.
Shipping times vary depending on the order, but you can always keep updated with your
order here.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel! If you choose to cancel your order and it
hasn’t shipped yet, we will issue you a full refund. With certain items, there will be a
re-stocking fee which will be applied to your refund.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will have to request a refund once
you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more details
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you
haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at
contact@krframe.shop and we will assist you from there.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@krframe.shop. If your return is
accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and
where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted. You can send us your return by mail after we provide you with the
required information.
Once approved, customers can expect a refund within 7 business days of contacting us.
Please note that some financial institutions require more time for the refund to be fully
processed, and it could take longer for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

How can customers return your products?
By Mail
Defective/Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at
info@telescopewolves.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong
item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please also include pictures of the defected item, the specific area where it was
defected, and proof of order delivery
Customer Remorse
For orders that are cancelled as a result of customer remorse, the customer is
responsible for all return shipping fees and restocking fees that may apply.
